About the Giants
Media Giants is a content production company. We started as an e-content company in 1998 - just slightly ahead of the curve - and have been a successful independent provider of internet content, along with content for traditional media, ever since.
So, what do we do exactly? Well, you've heard that refrain: Content is king?
Then Media Giants is a king maker.
We specialise in online content (text, video, podcast) and production, but also create original, compelling content for newspapers, magazines, TV, radio - just about any form of media you can think of.
It's a service that has seen us grow in reputation and physical size for more than a decade.
We started in our lounge-rooms, slightly upgraded to offices above an indoor children's playground in South Melbourne, did the new media strut in a hip former ballbearing factory turned into offices right near the Melbourne CBD, outgrew that and now reside in the former Rosella factory in Cremorne (that's East Richmond to most of us).
Our clients hire us to provide editorial, produce video, publish magazines, develop podcasts and manage their website content - sometimes all at once. We can either handle the process from start to finish or pinch-hit as required.
For example, some of our major clients, right now, include editorially driving the afl.com.au website; initial branding and marketing, website build and ongoing content production for a major Victorian Government website, climatecommunities.vic.gov.au; humorous sports content for sbs.com.au, and an ongoing Tourism Victoria online and offline educational campaign for stakeholders.

And created by professional journalists, editors, publishers and video producers.
During our decade in the business, Media Giants has produced everything from a single page flyer to fully-formed television documentaries. We' ve filled the pages of entire portals and led the way when it comes to online video content. We have also created critically acclaimed coffee table books and even found time to create a strong sports satire brand, The Bladder.
